Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our no-refund policy

Please check the selected class, plan and amount before paying. You can explore the free chapters before deciding to purchase Premium.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or overrides any refund, remedy or other consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

2. Payment-error exceptions

The only exceptions under our voluntary refund policy are:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
• Payment deducted but Premium not activated: the payment was deducted but the purchased access was not enabled.

We will investigate and fix the issue or process a refund within 7 working days after you report it with the order ID and the details needed to identify the transaction. If the payment has not yet been confirmed by the provider, we may request the relevant transaction reference.

3. How to request payment help

Email codebyrushi@gmail.com from the account’s email address. Use the subject “School Study payment issue” and include:

• Your account email address.
• The order ID and any available Cashfree payment reference.
• The class and plan purchased.
• The amount and date of payment.
• A short description of the issue; a payment screenshot may help, with unrelated sensitive details hidden.

Never send a card number, UPI PIN, password or OTP. You may also contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9325288765 for help identifying the issue.

4. Refund processing

Payments and approved refunds are handled through Cashfree. A refund goes back to the original payment method, rather than an alternative personal account. We will confirm the outcome of your request and, if applicable, that the refund has been processed.

The 7-working-day period is our timeframe to fix the issue or process the approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to reflect the credit. Contact us with the order ID if the credited amount does not appear.

5. Cancellation & expiry

Premium costs ₹99 for 6 months or ₹149 for 1 year, per class, covering all subjects in that class with an ad-free experience. Both are one-time payments with no auto-renew.

There is no recurring charge to cancel. To stop after the purchased period, simply do not buy another plan. Stopping use, uninstalling the app, changing class or deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund for an activated plan, subject to applicable law.
